編輯/剪輯MTV3000的畫質一向廣受好評，因它錄出來的是transport stream(ts)，所以不少人會嘗試把不同的ts file 放在MTV 播放。網上的高清的電視節目大多為1080i 或720p 的ts，這次我會試試1080p的Blu-ray remux。
首先setup 如下：
MTV3000:
- firmware 2.03 beta
- 1080i 輸出畫面 (我的LCD TV不support 1080p啦 :( )
是次試了Pixar Short Film Collection: Volume 1 的Blu-ray remux
全部(13套)為:
- Video: MPEG2 Video 16:9, 1080p, 29.97fps
- Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch 640Kbps
- Length: 每套大約5 mins
測試結果：
9／13 順利播放，其餘4套short film 聲音和畫面間中有點窒，看來MTV3000吃不消1080p吧.......
就是這個畫面，窒了...Remark:
我在播放完窒聲畫的ts file後，MTV3000回到電視的畫面，但沒有了聲音！ 我想內裡有些processes dead 了吧，才影響它的正常運作。
所以在此奉勸各位玩家，如果出現有聲無畫或MTV轉台／menu開始遲鈍的時候，請重新啟動MTV。
（設定＞系統＞重新啟動）

使用firmware 2.05 beta
畫面沒有窒，聲音間中窒
但明顯smooth了好多好多
2008/09/23更新：
忘記了最重要的一點，要留意file 的bit rate(謝留言的提醒)。可用MediaInfo check, HTML view有Overall bit rate一欄。
原來窒的video.....Overall bit rate 有 31.9 Mbps！TVB 播奧運開幕式也不超過20Mbps...
MTV也沒有預這種情況，所以說.... 這個測試setup 有點問題....

For 1080p playback on MTV3000, try to built the TS file with 4.0 profile (e.g. I am using 15Mbps average with 23Mbps max.)
Do you mean Dolby 4.0?

It's h264 level number. Please refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264.
In general, I am using profile 4.0 to built any H264/AVCHD files for MTV3000.

I used MediaInfo to check my 1080p TS file again..
Video Format profile : High@L4.1
Do you use TsMuxeR to remux the TS? When selecting the video track, I saw the option to change level.
I had captured many HD video with my HD camcorders and using Tmpgenc to create AVC/H264 in MP4 format. Convert it to H264 raw format with Yamb and remux it to TS with TSMuxeR.
Just tested with High@4.1 profile on 24Mbps (30Mbps max.) and worked on MTV3000 without any problem. Screen quality is better than TVB program.
I tried to play some 1080p ts file in MTV5000. Some are ok but many became fast forward and no sound. Any suggestion?
