問題修正：Bug fixes:
- 修正了隨機的音頻輸出斷斷續續或沒有音頻輸出的問題。
- Fix Random Audio output stutter/jitter or no Audio output problem
在avbuzz forum中仍有少數用家投訴這問題仍未解決，不過我就暫時未有再遇上。有問題的用家可在post中report。

We understand the extra "1 second" recording bug, it will be fixed in the next firmware. It should not affect the actual recording. Please manual delete the "1 second" recording.
For those having other problem with the new MTV3000 2.05 beta firmware, please list your system detail setup:
- your TV brand and model, video/audio connection type, HDMI, Component or composite/S-video and the output resolution and 50 or 60Hz, direct connect from the MTV3000 to the TV or through other device such as AV amp or switcher/selector, and Bitstream On or Off.
- external harddrive type (2.5" or 3.5") and storage size, brand and model, with or without separate power supply for the external harddrive
Please list the detail operation steps for us to reproduce the problem.
Please try to restore to your last firmware such as 2.02a, 2.03 beta or 2.03 beta2 to make sure it's a new problem with the 2.05 beta. You can download the MTV3000 old firmware below:

應該係雙台錄影overlap time處理既bug。

I have identified the problem in 2.05 beta.
The problem occurs when the recording periods of two timer programmes got overlapped.
e.g Recording A: 20:00 - 21:05, while Recording B: 21:00 - 22:00
In previous versions,
If A got higher priority than B, B will start when A has completed.
If B got higher priority then A, B will force A to finish, then start at 21:00.
However, in version 2.05 beta, situation is now different since two channels may record at the same time.
That is what happen i observed,
If Both A and B are for same channel. i.e. chl 85
The result is:
Recording A from 20:00 - 21:05. OK
extra 1 second recording started at 21:00.
Recording B from 21:05 - 22:00. OK
If A and B are for two different channels. i.e. A for chl 81, B for chl 85.
Recording A from 20:00 - 21:05. OK
Recording B started at 21:00 and got only 1 second.
So recording B will FAIL.

i'd found a serious problem that the recorded files was lost totally 2 twice in my new wd500G harddisk , (after update to v2.05) , i don't know it was a bugs or not, that related to record 2 channels at same time. The first time (lost all files) was using FAT32 format, then i formated to EXT format (by MTV3000) and the bugs still occurs.....

Do u mean losting all files by viewing in MTV or under windows explorer?
Anyway, try not to use recording 2 channels at the same time. They says a new firmware will release soon to fix that problem.
p.s. I use WD 500G too.. very stable under EXT2 (record 1 channel only)

Yes i do only watch the recorded files(ext) by MTV....i'm still confused that is the new WD500g problem not....or firmware problem because there's still space on my ex-WD500g, afraid to erase all recorded HDfiles when recording by ex-HD. Anyway, as your advice, not recorded 2 channels at same time now.
